The lobby smelled clean, but they should put more effort into cleaning the rooms rather than the lobby.

Our first room had dirty q tips on the floor & smelled awful of cigarettes. They moved us to another room, but it again smelled as well. The beds were the most uncomfortable thing we’ve ever slept on. We did not sleep between the smell of the room/bed linen & people walking by/shouting constantly on the balcony. $170 was way too much to spend on this motel & when we kindly asked for some of our money back, we were told someone would call us. We are still waiting for that call that I can only assume will not come.

The only thing that I liked about the hotel is the way the room is set up. Also the amount of walking room.

My husband and I only stayed two nights and will not again. When first walking to the room I smelled marijuana, not too strongly but it was there. We get to the room and I checked the room. The bathtub drain was rusted and just looked awful. Luckily we brought our own towels because they did have anything except wash cloth’s and hand towels. My husband went to sit on the bed and was met with a loud metal bending noise each time. The first night I went to the bathroom and almost stepped on a cockroach. The next morning there was a bed bug in the bed crawling towards me. (Knocked it in the floor and killed it.) The only reason we stayed was we live paycheck to paycheck and we just wanted to have a mini vacation. We tried to be as frugal as possible just so we could have money to go back and forth to Folly Beach. I’ve read reviews on a lot of the hotels around there and they all seem to have the same issues.

Damn Patel knew what he was doing. You don't have to remember staffs name, they all Patel! Got to the room and only had half a roll of Toilet Paper was there. Had to hunt Patel down in the middle of a taco bell episode for more striking paper to save the towels of the place from becoming brown. I counted that as my exercise for the say though. Woke up in the middle of the night and seen a roach, it was so big I thought it was my dog. Which isnt to bad i guess, it kind of made me feel like i was at home.

Drug deals going on outside my room, had to turn the volume on the tv to keep from hearing it all times of the night. Having to play russian roulette with taco bell and a toilet and not having any striking paper with only half a roll for a 2 day stays. Having to keep a eye on my wallet making sure the damn roaches didn't walk off with it in the middle of the night.

it was dirty , the shower didn’t work properly , had to be moved to another room and it was still dirty. no trash can was in the first room . the air didn’t work in the first room. had to fix the shower twice late night . refrigerator didn’t work in the first room

Room was disgusting. Filthy and stunk fo cigarettes. Left and checked out within 5 minutes and walked to a different hotel (it was almost midnight). Would love a refund from @booking.com for how terrible this was and advertised to be much better.

drug needles in the parking lot, the room stunk and I had to spray it, cigarette burns on ever sheet of bedding on both beds, floors nasty in room, trash and glass everywhere (in parking lot and walk ways) roaches was crawling when we got up to leave and had to throw away all of our snacks in fear of carrying bugs too our home, nasty rags in bathroom
