The name speaks for itself. The property is really comfortable and it has all amenities

*Close to the freeway
*Staff was very helpful and welcoming

*Plenty of room to get ready - mirrors, lighting etc

*This wasn’t a big deal for us as we were only staying for one night, but fyi the elevators are not working and supposedly will be down for a while - repairs to begin in 2 weeks. So you will have to carry your luggage up however many flights to where your room is. But staff did offer to help so again it’s more of a heads up.
*Not many food choices nearby - there is a Black Bear Diner next to the hotel, but they weren’t open late. We ended up finding a Carls Jr like 5 minutes away.
*You can hear people above you, or for example kids, if they’re running back and forth. Which we only heard the morning of when we were checking out so it wasn’t a big deal.

the only thing to like for this location was the actual location!
I have stayed here 3 times this year. the first time it was good. 2nd time the elevator was not working l. had my in laws and uncle (seniors) walk 3 floors! it was horrible. we decided to give it a try and hoped the elevator would be fixed. WE SHOW UP A WHOLE MONTH LATER AND AGAIN THE ELEVATORS ARE NOT WORKING! don’t recommend this place. never again staying here.

Great location and breakfast
Elevator broke for over a month, and had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Then when we got to our room, it was dirty with food wrappers on the living room floor! We didn't wan to have to lug everything to a new room, so we didn't even report it. To make matters even more uncomfortable, the AC stopped working at 11p, so we had to move anyways! So, we had to pack up and carry everything up 2 more flights to the 3rd level! To add injury to insult, the hotel compensated us with 2 bottles waters for the inconvenience! Really?!?!??

En esta ocasión no servía el elevador y nos toco hasta el tercer piso, y un poco el ruido de afuera y el tren pasa muy cerca!

Breakfasts were great! Room style/decor very nice. Bed was very comfortable.
Walls were thin and since we were right by the elevator, we heard it every time it was being used. Also, the street noises came thru from outside easily as well as some draftiness.

Close to the race track
Multiple rooms were partying both in the rooms and spilling into the hallway until 0330 on Friday. No one was at the front desk for me to contact, got little to no sleep. It was quiet when I got back to the hotel on Saturday. I will not be staying here again

Elevator seem like it was going fall apart on ever use. Very hot getting to the rooms. No ac in the hallways. Rooms are a lot smaller than what the pictures showed. Pool water was cloudy and hot.

the breakfast is very good
The pool and the lousy hydromassage was at a cold temperature and it has no pressure. It seems like a very lousy pool for children and when you tell the staff that it is not working, they get upset and just say there is no maintenance staff

The room was well maintained. The bedding was soft and inviting and the bed was comfortable.
The staff was kind and helpful, and since we were the last to check in that night, she knew us by name. Kind of sweet.
