Not about the hotel but there were guests next door having a big fight midnight and everything went through the thin wall.

OMG what can I say... We had just come from Vegas where we paid way more for a hotel on the Strip (LinQ if you want to know) it was trashy, stinky, literally zero human interaction and no breakfast.... Just walking into the Fairfield (and at the Residence Inn where we also had a room) we could tell this was going to be great. A very helpful and smiling person at the desk... the room was amazing from architecture to furniture to all the little details. The breakfast was off the charts amazing.

Breakfast was great with a large variety of offerings for both those who are health conscious and diners with a sweet tooth.

Bathroom was a bit outdated and water faucet in tub would not shut off completely leaving a constant drip

1-The Tv in the room didn’t work 2- The kitchen staff were not professional, empty coffee container , messy breakfast bar and even didn’t provide hot water after breakfast time! 3-shower hot water got cold very fast 4-people in the pool and making noise after 10pm

The breakfast was delicious and they had a lot of options. I greatly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The room was very nice and I enjoyed the Mountain View!

I didn’t like that the bathroom door and sink are so close together. If you’re traveling with kids make sure you don’t accidentally hit them with the door if they’re using the sink.

I am still trying to process when after repeated attempts to cancel my reservation from the company through which I booked the reservation, I was told their requests and mine would not be honored even though my stay never occurred due a last minute airline flight cancelation. Listen, as a business person I understand policies and protocols but when repeated requests are made immediately after change in plans and it is met with 'company policy' I think that is unwarranted and unnecessary. It costs you nothing to return a fee for one nights stay which never happened ...truly regrettable!
