Everything offered is to standard and very walkable to nearby attractions.
Location right in their downtown and near places where the homeless population is large. We didn't feel unsafe and everyone stayed to themselves just a point so guests understand what they are about to encounter day and night in the vicinity of the hotel. Also do not leave valuables or your vehicle unlocked there was an individual on one of the days checking on vehicles in the parking lot to see if they were unlocked to possibly take items from. The police were called by the hotel. Overall the hotel is nice, new and a good value however the area where it is located is just dirty.

Location was close to conference.
The breakfast as good
Rooms were dark and lamps only helped a little. Coffee maker had no mug to make coffee in the room but there was coffee available downstairs.

Staff was super friendly and the rooms were spacious with a fridge, microwave, and work station.
Parking was tricky.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very conveniently located for our activities in Spokane. We will stay here again!
The wifi was a little spotty on the last day of our stay.

Drug addicts are sleeping at the edge of the property, and across the road
No Wifi available on the morning of departure to do work. The owner had to reset the servers, over an hour later it was still not done.

They don’t provide water, the shower was bad no flip flops, and they don’t change the bed sheets. I was upset about all those problems

This is a difficult one. Immediate neighborhood largely comprised of homeless with obvious substance abuse problems. Some of them just kids.

The location isn’t the best; there were cops arresting people on the street.

The room was not clean. There were clipped toe nails on the floor, and my son found a sock in his bed - therefore, the bedding may not have been changed.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff super nice and attentive! The hotel was exactly how it was describe on their website. My only concern was the location of the hotel. From the website, doesn’t really show where it’s located so to my surprise arriving at that location was kind of disappointed.
The amount of homeless individuals roaming the area, you can practically see someone shooting up a needle up their arms from my hotel room. It was surrounded with that kind of sight.

I love that it is all fenced in, I feel more safe because of location. The room n beds are comfortable. We come to town cause of medical, and my husband is going blind and I am handicapped.
The only thing I could say was the food was plenty but could be warmer.

I love having a breakfast. And I loved how comfortable the beds are. And the rooms, have at first glance, looked clean.
Even though the breakfast was great, it was cold, meaning the gravy was not hot enough probably to kill bacteria, but I'm not a scientist so who knows, and my room open onto a dilapidated old building next to us. And the room wasn't as clean as I thought. I have short brown hair, and in the morning when I pull the sheets back there was a bunch of long black hair. And the pool of yellow around the base of the toilet was dry before I even got there. What I stay here again probably.
