Great location for U of A graduation. Clean property. Nice spacious rooms were nicely upgraded. The shower was great and very good water pressure. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The bathrooms in both our rooms needed to be cleaned better. And the showers have a leak and out bathroom floors were constantly wet. Whenever we stepped on the flooring, water seeped out. And one patio door was extremely difficult to open. We could only open it once and not again.

The location and concierge amenities on the 9th floor was perfect for our stay.

Difficulty getting used to the bed, but that is normal when traveling and not sleeping in your own bed.

The Booking.com entry was misleading because it said a pet fee *may* apply. Instead, it always applies to pets. Only service animals are exempt. The pet charge is almost as much as the room charge itself. This is not pet-friendly, it's pet-punishing. The floor was dirty. There was lint and hair along the seam between the baseboards and the floor. There was some pink liquid dried onto one of the nightstands. There was a disconcerting stain on the bathroom floor. The toilet bowl had feces stains and its drain was rusty. The inside of the toilet bowl rim was also dirty. The foot rag that you throw at the exit of the shower was filthy. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work. I tried to use a tissue to see whether it would get sucked to the grate, and it didn't. The air conditioner spewed mouldy air during the night.

Well lite, close to food and nightlife.

Pay for parking, no bearvement discount or multi night discount. I had to book night by night, as I didn't know how long I would be commuting to University Medical Center.
