I asked weeks before for vegan breakfast options. The answer: " We are pleased to let you know that the accommodation has confirmed they will be able to arrange this for you. There will be no extra charge for this request.". Sadly there was not one option for us. Non of the workers know about the request.

I like the set up of the room. It was really nice and spacious

I didn’t like the fact that the pool was not available for use when this was one of the reasons why I chose this particular hotel.  And also the fact that I had trouble with my room key even after I went downstairs to get it fixed it still didn’t work. I had to wake my kids up to get in the room.

the pool was closed so we had to go down the road to use the sister hotels pool. it was indoor but not heated. the water was too cold to get into.

Charged 3 times for a 1 night stay! My stay was made worse when after checking out I was charged again for my stay after I had already paid and then when I called to get a credit they charged me again.

My TVs was not working properly .. but really wasn’t an issue with us because we really didn’t need Tv

The breakfast was excellent for an included amenity. The cook was amazing and kind.

Back door was propped open on our first night raising a security issue.

Room was very clean. Not just straightened up and vacuumed but clean with cleaning products, you could smell the cleanliness when you opened door. Towels and shower were spotless too.

Didn’t like the fact that there were homeless people walking parking lots asking for drinks and cigarettes. Although, the night of our stay we spoke to the police officer that was cruising the parking lot watching and protecting-so that was nice to know they are watching out for property and safety and are aware of homeless population being in area

Size of the rooms. Value. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious.

Pool is small and if there is screaming kids its unbearable. Our room had a pull out couch and the mattress had yellow stains. The floor was starting to come up in places and the floor was uneven in the hallway of the third floor, almost fell.

Have your maids/cleaning crew use bleach in the shower for mold control
