The staff was very friendly and kind. The breakfast staff was amazing I observe they had great customer when myself and other guest needed help with something. They constantly kept the food coming and the dining room clean. The first night we stayed there the room above us was extremely loud. You could hear them running jumping etc…my daughter and I went down around 130am to move out room and she moved it with no problem and was concerned. That was a con for me bc you can hear everything as if your in a apartment under some noisy tenants! She also said she was sorry that the guest was making to much noise. I really appreciated that. This me and my daughter second year coming to Lithia springs for six flags and we had to stay in a more affordable hotel which I knew it wasn’t like the first one we stayed in (I won’t brag on the hotel) but the hotel could definitely use some restoration. The pool should be clean every night also when closed. The hotel itself smelled old. The perks of the hotel is it is located 7 mins the most from six flags right off the interstate and near Walmart and many food outlets! Overall we enjoyed our stay and the staff was amazing! The location was perfect! The hotel just needs some renovations asap!

The hotel was clean, hot breakfast, huge family room, and very nice staff. Madeline and Michelle were very sweet and helpful.

The ac stopped working in our room in the middle of night. The hotel is clean but has a lot of dated furniture.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Location is convenient to Walmart, gas stations, the interstate, and dining options in addition to Six flags.

Rooms got a little humid from the bathroom shower if you don't have the fan running due to no venting fans in the bathroom. Pool seemed to have too much chlorine for our liking and was under service/construction during our stay.

Upon arrival at the hotel my family and I were greeted with a smile and checked in with ease. The hotel staff was very informative concerning the policy of the hotel and answered my questions. When I checked in I was told by the hotel staff I would have to give an $100.00 deposit when paying with cash but it would be returned to me at checkout. When I checked out it was returned to me as stated.

I didn't like having to pay a $100 deposit because I was paying with cash instead of a credit card.

There were no bed bugs. The morning breakfast was decent. Close to six flags.

The room wasn't the cleanest. There was a hold in the flooring. The dresser drawers, microwave, and refrigerator needed to be wiped down clean. The comforter on the bed had stains on it. The room was outdated. The pool was non functional, and the spa had been cemented, so it was also not useable. The things to buy like snacks and drinks were overpriced.

The room was cleaned and stocked with all the essentials necessary to stay in the room . Great location so many different restaurants around. All of the equipment in the room worked Parking was also seficiant no mater what time I came in . Front desk staff were nice . Thanks

Pool looked very merkey and was not fully functional , the room was clean but one if the blankets had brown stains like someone may have blead on it ( it was clean) just stained. But other than that it was good .

The hotel was old and not well kept. New everything needs to be put in this place. Don't like what I saw far as guest just popping up from everywhere. Look like people off the streets.

They are making false advertising saying they had a jacuzzi. They had one that was broke down and took apart and no water in it. The main reason I went to hotel was to get in the jacuzzi. At this time they are not giving me my money back, even though I left immediately and did not stay at their hotel. This hotel is very poorly run.

i liked the six flags wasnt far from the inn and all the eating places around was close by. the staff was very nice to set us up in another room fast and the breakfast was great.

had to get another room back side cause of the traffic was terrible didnt get any sleep the first nite we were in front and the traffic was too loud sounded like international speed way and hot wasnt in service and the pool had slime on bottom of pool.

Breakfast is kinda ok , not bad …well I haven’t eat these and my kid eat these and not bad . The bed is very comfortable and help to good sleep , good location and pool is very warm, enjoy but be careful with chemicals. I’d love to come again :)

The room was great it didnt smell like an old moldy room with cigarette smoke like most hotels. We had 2 queens and a fold out sofa. we slept 5 comfortably in it.

The walls were thin, the neighbors on both sides, and the top of us were very loud late into the night. We could hear their conversations. The hot tub was under construction, and the pool wasn't being maintained . When we got in, there were black hairs getting all on us.

The general manager Mia is a very professional caring compassionate person the hotel is great the location is great the beds are so soft one of the best beds I've ever been on the hotel rooms are exceptionally clean there are snacks in the lobby that are reasonable and a very nice variety

There was a smell of marijuana everywhere. The carpet and sheets smelled of pot as well.

Easy check in, easy parking, and very comfortable room. Only bad thing was the “chatty Kathys”. Laughing it up till after midnight, lol.

Had a couple of key card problems, and the adjoining doors could be better insulated. Not really bad enough to complain about.

The breakfast was very good, a variety of options to choose from and ample quantities for the entire time. Very nice staff maintaining the breakfast. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Great to have pool towels available

The hot tub was out of service and the windows wouldn't close in the pool room. I reserved a Queen Suite but it wasn't available even though I had informed the hotel I would be checking in later than 3 pm.
