they didn’t have the room available that we booked. The room they gave us was really small. it smelled like weed on our floor.

Good location. Breakfast was decent.

Hotel decor is tired, and the whole place is in dire need of some deep cleaning. Didn’t have the rooms we reserved. No sheets for sofa bed. Took 30 minutes to get pillows for sofa bed. No bath mat was provided. No hand soap in bathroom. Room smelled musty. Shower wand leaked at supply hose and wand barely sprayed on the person showering, but the leaky hose sprayed all over the walls of the bathroom and flooded out into the room—no wonder the room smelled musty. Hair all over dryer bag. The place has potential, but management and owners need to change their paradigm and make it a place that guests would want to stay. In its current condition, I would never go back. The front desk staff in the morning was very apologetic and refunded our money which was entirely appropriate given the horrific experience we had there. Hopefully the owners will be more responsible and turn this place around.

Very poor breakfast. Rooms not serviced every day. Staffing shortages. Bathroom sink did not drain and staff did not try to fix despite my complaints.

no staff to check us in for more than 20 minutes. overflowing trash cans. Did not provide the room reserved and billed more for the downgrade. checked several times for breakfast, all heated vessels were empty each time.

Very disapointed. No fruit Breakfast was a poor selection. The egg, cheese and sausage biscuit in the warming dish was frozen. So was the burito. We did not have enough towels for our room, had to go to the front deskfor them

Breakfast was excellent. The manager on duty (Brittaney? Jennifer? not sure of name) worked really hard to get rooms ready b/c two housekeepers resigned that morning.

Nothing special. Packaged sandwiches that you heated in the microwave. To be fair, cereal and a limited fruit selection. Coffee, in terms of quality and variety, was very good.

Breakfast was adequate but not really up to the standard of other properties.

Rooms were big and worth the price. Great coffee and breakfast. Good location for last minute restaurants

The bathroom had no exhaust fan. The tub was very narrow and curved in sides. Not a lot of room to stand and move around. Caulking around tub was stained with black spots.
