When I checked went to my room and found out it wasn't clean

Nothing we were told that the room had to be paid for . And we said no showed them confirmation and again told it needed to be paid for .so I showed them our digital confirmation and the again said no that it was not . And we would have to contact booking.com . Desk clerk on duty folding laundry talking to a maintenance employee while we waited to said it wasn't their problem and again told to contact booking.com .

Attitude of clerk on duty and attentive to customers standing at desk and be helpful in solving the issue together. I would not recommend this place at all to anyone in my circle family or enemy . 💯

Specifically chose this kind of hotel so I wouldn't have go through lobby and outside to smoke.

Out of coffee so I went to breakfast at the restaurant across the parking lot. Sink backed up and wouldnt drain first night, told front desk and they didn't fix. Room service never came with fresh towels. Put a bath mat in shower room, so you don't spend a towel as bath mat. Check in isn't till 4, had to pay extra for early check in.

there was nothing that I liked about the property. I did not stay there went to a room and the door was open and somebody was sleeping in it. The lobby doors never closed. They kept opening and closing. There was no porch lights on the outside so that you could see where you were going to. There was transients all over homeless there was a cat sitting in one of the windows and somebody else had a plant in the window so I’m assuming that this is a place that people go that don’t have homes I was very disappointed very scared for my life and I did not stay there now I’m looking to get a refund and have to wait not happy

Comfortable bed, friendly staff, good breakfast.

When checking in, they had to change room 2x due to 1st room in disrepair (midway through a deep clean), 2nd room already had guests in it. 3rd one was 1 king bed & I had wanted a room with 2 beds.

Sad very sad u got one two onuce coffee and scrabbled eggs nothing else

I had to hunt down a Ice bucket. Wanted to check in early but Housekeeping didn't get a room clean in time to do so. Breakfast was ridiculous Small baby plates 🤦 that's were my money I felt went in the toilet here

The room was horrible the sheets were stained the bathroom shower leaked I got sprayed with water while I was sitting on the toilet, it stunk people were hanging outside my door all times of night. My curtains kept falling when I went to rehang it Ifound it was being held up by a paper clip. Really wish I could get a refund I am very disappointed. Wyndam should be ashamed for letting this hotel carry their name

Allowing dogs without restrictions on the size or sizes of the animal, I am allergic to dogs and cats not to mention I am afraid of dogs

Front desk is extremely rude telling me that I must not know how to use a key card proceeded to reprogram the card 5 times even after maintenance tells him the door is broken leaving it completely up to maintenance and housekeeping on moving me rooms when it wasn't their job pushing the great housekeepers to the breaking point because they cannot hire reliable people to help them breakfast was absolutely disgusting little kids picking her nose and putting her fingers all on the food parents not saying nothing about it riff Raff living on the property drugs laying around people looking through your vehicles the smell of "breakfast" (a.k.a) nasty undercooked bacon old juice and spoiled milk lingering through the entire hotel 0/10 DO NOT STAY HERE

Convenient

Even though I was late by 3 hours in arrival I had to wait for my room and I didn't have a trash can or soap or towels.

Location

The place was a dump. It smelled of really strong chemicals that didn’t dissipate at all. I was afraid the harsh smell would cause respiratory problems. It took forever for the front desk staff to show up and when he did, he was wearing a sleeveless t-shirt and looked totally unprofessional. Using the sink in the morning, I was greeted by a gross bug! Checking out - the staff never did show up. I guess you get what you pay for.

The towels were surprisingly acceptable. We met some nice folks staying in the hotel and enjoyed chatting with them over breakfast.

This was a disaster. We thought we had booked Baymont West, which was quite acceptable. The room smelled musty, the bed was lumpy with a piece of steel sticking out beside the mattress, the fridge had been dumped in the room, not in a convenient spot, the toilet seat didn't fit. The area was not good and as seniors, we did not feel safe in our room. The room was overpriced in every way. Even the breakfast was scanty!
