The girl at the front desk was amazing. Very professional. Very quick. Gave a clear concise rundown of everything. Very pleasant. I wish I had remembered her name to give her some recognition. She's very good at her job. The room itself was large. We liked that. No complaints about the room. The shower pressure could have been stronger though.

The continental breakfast wasn't all that great.

I really like this hotel because it was clean and the staff were so kind and professional and accommodating. My bed was comfortable and the breakfast attendant, Jennie made an excellent and different breakfast everyday. Freshly made and it was piping hot. The heated swimming pool and hot tub were clean.

The only thing I didn't like was not having easier access from the back parking lot. Because the parking lot is so small and it filled up so fast on a Friday, I had to park in the back and then walk around to the front of the building. Let alone taking 3 flights of stairs up. There's one elevator and it's in the middle of the hotel.

phone in the room did not work consequently I had to go to front desk three times the first night to get: towels ( there were two for party of 5 people), to get sheets and blanket for pull out couch - there was none in the room, and there was only one small bar of FACIAL soap in bathroom and when I asked if there was not soap for shower I was told that’s all they use. however, in the morning desk person gave me body soap for shower . also many of the electric plugs did not work-there were no towels in pool area -front desk kept saying they were still in dryer and would be out soon. eventually they gave us bath towels to use after 45 min. and hot tub water was dark with scum on top.

The room was huge and the swimming pool is nice.

The whole hotel look is a little bit dated.

I didn't like that they put us on a No Show list even though we checked in early. This led to them putting 2 additional holds on my account, locking up all my funds I needed for the weekend. They couldn't comprehend my situation and just kept assuring me I wasn't charged.

Room service never came, we had to ask for towels numerous times, we were advised they would tell room service and room service never came. breakfast was not really good.

Didn’t make to breakfast as we left earlier due to the horrible service of the staff and manager.

Me and my boyfriend were called liars and were called abusive. I booked a room and meeting room on booking and choose my own check in time as it was available. When I arrive for my check in time they told me check in was 3pm and to check in early was $30. Then was able to negotiate for 1pm for free. On arrival we let them know that we’re having a birthday party and if the pool was open and they said yes. So after 3 hours of rushing to decorate and get the food because my original check in time was 11:00 so I had to rush to decorate in time to get done before 6. Fast forward to 6 the guest start to arrive and after the last guest arrived everyone was denied access to the pool because they weren’t apart of the room booked so they couldn’t use the pool. And when I asked to show the rule or policy that says they can’t use the pool they changed the subject and called us liars saying we never asked to use the pool. When In fact we did. After 30 mins of going back and forth and kids crying, we received and refund for everything and got to use the room for free which was okay but overall I’ve feel been to a pool party were whoever wasn’t renting the room couldn’t swim. So happy I got my money back because the reason I even rented to room was to swim as do many people renting a hotel room for a party does.

everything was great. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was very good. Building is in good shape. They were very accommodating for anything. Great location everything was really really good.

A couple little minor things in the room. The sink didn’t drain real good and one of the lightbulbs went out other than that everything is great.
