Rooms were comfortable and clean when we arrived.

Rate was too high for room size, need of updates. Nothing special for the high price paid.

The inside is better than the exterior. The rooms are typical Fairfield . The pool was salinated.

The building is under new ownershiop. The past owner let it slip. The exterior and landscaping was the worst I have ever seen for a Marriott franchise. The pool was small,but that is no secret.

The front desk attendant, Ashland, was the only bright light of our stay at this hotel. She was friendly, professional and immediately responsive to our needs. She was terrific.

Cleanliness is a serious issue at this hotel. When I entered my room, the bedding was rumpled and the pillows were scattered. There was a cleaning glove on the floor, crumbs on every surface and a large dead bug on the bathroom floor. I was transferred to a suite and given a reduced rate, which was handled quickly, but the new room was almost just as bad. I started here a few times several years ago and came back because it had always been clean and well run. Such a disappointment.

Bathroom was cramped and no room. To Small. Had to stand over toilet bowl to close door. Door kept hitting the shower rail when opened. Pool was small. Hot tub was dirty and not available for use. The man who checked us in seemed very rude and preoccupied. I didn’t get a friendly vibe from him. Other staff lady in breakfast counter was exceptional! She needs to be recognized as an outstanding employee! Loved her!

I love Marriott! I worked for Marriott Hotel years back and I met Mr Marriott himself, he was an old man but I thought that was so cool to meet him on my first day of work.
