Close to the Empire Mall-my daughters, granddaughter and I came for school shopping so the location was perfect

The location was good for us as it was close to main roads. Many restaurants and stores nearby.

The hotel staff was less than accommodating. We requested the trash to be emptied but ended up having to do it ourselves. We requested additional towels but none were available. The breakfast options were less than desirable. On our last day, we woke up to no water in the entire hotel. Staff indicated they knew it was going to be shut off but didn't bother to tell patrons.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

Loved the 2 queen and sofa bed. Was able to sleep our 3 children comfortably.

The bathroom was filthy. I don’t know if they ever cleaned the shower. That was the worst part.

The staff at front desk was very friendly

The first room had bed bugs, we video it and gave the video to the front desk, they gave us another room and it wasn’t clean, the only thing they had left was the President Suite, it was roomy The Staff at front desk was very good

The room was spacious & had a nice setup. I got a king room that had a partition/desk area in the middle with a nice couch/ottoman on the opposite that turned into a decent bed. Convenient location within walking distance to the empire mall. Good parking as we had no issues getting a spot at any time, even late on a Saturday night over memorial day weekend.

I stayed for 3 days & a few of the staff I interacted with were lacking in hospitality. I arrived on a Friday night. The guy that checked us in was really nice & made small talk while getting our key cards. When we got to our room I noticed we had no blankets/ sheets for the hide a bed. When I went to ask about extra bedding I was given 2 top sheets & nothing else. At that point it was late & we were all tired after traveling all day & didn't feel like dealing with it so we made the sheets work. The bathroom door in our room was a slider & the lock was broken so the door wouldn't stay shut. No garbage bags in any of the trash cans in the room. The carpet was STICKY! Very Very sticky in several spots. Breakfast is all prepackaged. No pancakes/waffles eggs. Just microwaveable sandwiches, cereal, packaged muffins & yogurt. We went to the pool Saturday morning. No towels & a used bandaid next to the pool. The maintenance guy was super nice & grabbed towels for us & picked up the bandaid. Small pool & no hot tub. Not a big deal for us but a little odd. Sunday morning we were out of towels & had a pile of wet towels. I hadn't requested to have our room cleaned as I prefer not to be woken up or have people in our room. Sunday morning I asked the front desk guy if I could swap out our Towels. I thought it would be easy & could've brought down the laundry myself but he was very short & said he'd try to talk to housekeeping...housekeeping never came so we used dirty, wet towels after our showers & had a big pile of wet towels sitting in the room when we had friends over later that evening. Check out on Monday morning went well. The desk girl was taking a long phone call/reservation when I went to return keys but she still made eye contact & acknowledged that I was there waiting. She apologized when she finished the call, made small talk & was really friendly.

Room was spacious and the vet were comfortable.

Couch was not comfortable for sitting on. A better breakfast buffet would have been nice for the price of the rooms.

Over all a beautiful hotel. Beds were comfortable, and the room was clean.

They advertised a hot breakfast, it was very lacking in that department. No waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, or pancakes. They had microwavable Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, instant oatmeal, or toast for warm items. The rest was cold.

A bit extensive for lacking a hot tub, but everything else was great.

The pool was small and there was no hot tub.

The bed was comfortable.

The housekeeping staff did not clean thoroughly enough. We found an empty beer bottle right next to the couch.

Breakfast was average. Room was spacious and well set up.

Street noise was loud and car noise at night made it hard to sleep.

The property was nice. One of the staff members stand out to me. His name is Kasey, very friendly an helpful. He took the time to get to know us.

I would say there was only three down falls. The first would be the location,next to the interstate.While it is convenient it was noisy.The second would have been one elevator. Being on the top floor an having the wait for either it to come up or go down. An the last one would be the lights that come in around the curtains.

The breakfast options were great! The person tending to the breakfast did a great job of keeping everything full.

The pool. It was small and very cold! My kids couldn't stay in for more than 15-20 minutes before they were too cold to swim.
