It is right downtown, close to where our symposium was held.

Our toilet didn't flush the best and the bathroom door did not lock . . . just basic maintenance. The elevator needs cleaning .. . a new rug!

Decent location, comfy mattress, hot water, decent breakfast and good wifi.

The breakfast area was very clean and the Lady in the kitchen was very friendly. She did a great job cleaning. The beds were comfortable. The view downtown was nice.

The hallways, carpet, and walls were very dirty. It smelled horrible. The tub was old. The sheets looked washed but still looked dirty from dirty from fingerprints. The hot tub was filled with brown sand. We were not thrilled about the facilities and were bummed about the hot tub. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub bc it looked so dirty. The elevator was broken. You could only use the stairs.

They updated this on the cheap. No towel bars, one soap cake, maids tell me they can’t get enough clean towels, soap or shampoos. Elevator broke and we were on the 4th floor; obviously no one wanted to pay for the part shipment so these two 70 somethings ran up and down four floors; including getting suitcases out with no help. Understaffed before the breakdown, we had maids offering us help! Worst, the elevator was making terrible noises the entire day before it broke down-but no on-site maintenance that we saw. Almost caused a fire; we awoke around 3 am to a burning rubber smell that lingered throughout the day. Filthy stairs, too. Another economy on the “update “

The staff was very friendly and informative. I received text reminders for parking and checkout. The room was gorgeous and the furniture was comfortable. The location was perfect - we had a riverside room and were able to enjoy the arch at night and the ducks in the morning. We were also really close to downtown so we were able to walk and bar-hop.

The parking situation was very rough because the lot was so small and cramped. The shower took a little bit to drain and could have used a deeper scrub. I miss the days when hotels had vending machines at the end of hallways for late-night snacks and toiletries.

The breakfast gal is a gem and does an awesome job.

Parking. Is ridiculous. We were not made aware when I called to ask about parking that a festival would be happening. We had to voice our concern to the gal at the front desk that people from this all day festival were parking in motel parking lot. We knew we would never find a spot once we came back that day and the gal at front desk was gracious enough to give us 2 cones to reserve our spot. Otherwise we would have been a mile or two away. Unacceptable! The elevator took a long time and trying to check out with a cart seemed almost impossible since it was clogged up with maids and people. Our room key was desensitized every time we left the motel. We made numerous trips to the front desk for a new key. The staff mentioned they would switch out the battery on the door mechanism but apparently it didn’t work or it didn’t get done. Instead we got accused of having our keys next to our cell phones and that was the problem. I carried mine separate in my pocket the whole time during our stay. Overall a very frustrating experience and way overpriced for what was offered. Will not be staying again.

Rooms were nice and great location where we needed to be

Pool was freezing and hot tub wasn't even Luke warm. I've never been to a hotel to stay and the hot tub was pretty much cold.

Thank you to the fantastic staff. They were helpful, personable, and professional. My mom and I had a perfect time and walked to the bandshell and enjoyed a concert and the sites. An unexpected surprise was the complementary coffee in the lobby, and the breakfast. Thanks to all of the staff, and congrats on your establishment. I've traveled the world and would be comfortable staying as a solo female traveler at your place.

No complaints. Neighbors were a bit rowdy but it was 4th of July weekend and they were clearly having a much needed vacation. Would easily stay again.

Staff welcoming especially the lady at breakfast. Breakfast good. Bedrooms comfy. Bathroom clean. Good localisation

Bar and grill attached. Didn’t have to travel for dinner. Staff was great and assisted readily.

Parking was not the best. Carpeting was dated and needs replacement. Smelled moldy flooring was spongy and creaky at foot of bed. Possibly water damage at one time. ‘TV didn’t work.’ They promised to reimburse $60.00. Waiting to get response from manager!?!?!?.

Very clean and renovated rooms.

Hotel was centrally located in downtown Sious Falls. Right next to the Arc of Dreams and close to the falls, although I recommend driving there. We walked the other direction to the Statue of David. Good restaurants were close within walking distance.

Parking was tight. There was an overflow lot but we pulled in and got a good spot right away. Lot's of folks walking around. Cops were close by. Was curious about the safety on a saturday night.

The beds are super comfy.
