It was spacious

I liked that it was a very modern and updated Hotel. It was clean, and we had a great time at the pool with my granddaughter.

I left my Nike shoes in my hotel room and when I called this afternoon they said they didn’t find them, so one of the staff members took them!!!!

Very clean and a beautiful room.
The walls are extremely thin. You can hear people coughing and talking clearly. Thankfully the couple behind my headboard on the other side slept early as well.

The pillows were awful this time, very uncomfortable. Also I didn't get my room for the medical discount as I requested.

They did not have a room reserved for me when I got there when I had one reserved all week. Then did not have any open availabilities for us to stay in.

Check in was easy. The room was spacious.the ac worked well and was easy to adjust.Tje staff were all friendly. The location was good. Waffle breakfast.
There was no hand sanitizer on the 2nd floor at the elevator. The water in the bathroom got scalding hot (although I would rather have this issue than no hot water.. )

Nighttime desk clerk ignored customer to attend to other work. He was rude.

Thin walls. I could hear neighbors pretty well. The heat/air until made a weird rattling noise, but only when on.
