Ample parking, nice location, quiet neighborhood, lots of plugs in room, bathroom has good lighting, comfy beds

Rooms not very clean, rooms need updating, staff never seems to understand 3rd party bookings (I was overcharged multiple times)

La lenteur pour Check in. Très long pour s’enregistrer le soir quand on arrive et qu’on veut juste rejoindre sa chambre et dormir. C’était très long.

Very conveniently located on our way to various destinations in the area. Also pleased they were able to provide our room several hours earlier than we had originally expected. Happy with that special service.

Sehr schöne geräumige Zimmer, besonders die Suiten. Whirlpool und Pool im freien sind beheizt, der Whirlpool ist sehr angenehm warm und man kann in bis 22:00 Uhr benützen Hotel ist zwar schon etwas älter aber sehr sauber. Die Betten sind mega gemütlich. Zimmer ist mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowellenherd ausgestattet. Die Körperpflegeprodukte wie Seife, Lotion,… sind top Parkplatz kostenlos vor dem Hotel

The rooms are a bit “dated” in furnishings. Window didn’t open.

Outdated, not maintained properly and not clean enough

The location was perfect.

From check in our fridge didn’t work (new fridge provided), the TV didn’t work (easy fix), the air didn’t work, the beds were uncomfortable and the bathtub was dirty.

It was affordable and cool for the summer time

We asked for room house keeping and somehow we never got on the list.

Excellent location, very clean, and a good price compared to other hotels in the area.

The staff member who checked us in did not inform us that she was giving us a room for people with disabilities. The bathroom had no counter space—only a sink that allowed for a person in a wheelchair to use it easily. There was nowhere to set my curling iron or brushes or hairspray which made getting ready in the morning very cumbersome and difficult. When I discovered what the bathroom was like, I would have requested that they change our room, but my husband was too tired and did’t want to be bothered!

Nice clean and overall just huge had a great time

I really just wish the t.v have you the option to watch Netflix or other streaming services.

The fact that the management DID NOT respond about the refund for 1 night, when the fire alarms rang quite a few hours in one night around 3 am and I couldn't not sleep anymore. The receptionist mentioned that the refund is approved for that night, but then they said NO. Disappointed
