there was a power outchage in some of the building I had power in both my room but the heat wasn't working i had my 8month daughter with me that was the one downside to my stay however i know its not there fault and staff handle it smoothly.

the staff was nice.
my first impression was pulling into a poorly plowed parking lot . it has snowed 3 days before. there were cars you could tell that hadn’t moved in a while surrounded by snow and parked up close to the building. There were people hanging out in the lobby clearly strung out on drugs. not a family environment. I felt bad for the staff.

The hotel was nicer than others of the same price point. Very clean, comfortable, renovated. Breakfast was sufficient.

There was lots of good parking and the staff was really friendly and helpful! The breakfast was great and plentiful. The cleaning and maintenance staff really seemed to keep the place inviting and running well. Great location - close to Nashua and all it has to offer and the Merrimack outlet shopping! I would definitely stay here again!

There are many unknown outsides sitting near every exits, drinking or smoking etc. They are not guests living in the hotel.

The bed was very comfortable. Location was picture not too close or too far from areas. Having soft and firm pillows was nice.
Bed from was very squeaky in room 236. If you rolled over it was loud. Also the wifi was very off and on. At some points I had to turn it off because it was unusable .

the location, the breakfast was good.
the bathroom had a terrible smell when we checked in. the room was not clean, there was a bottle cap on the floor from the previous guests and there was writing on the wall. the front desk clerk when we checked in was not helpful or very friendly. he didn’t give us any information about the wifi or where our room was located, or the breakfast. just took our card essentially. then there was no parking for us and the option we were given was to park in a dark unlit parking lot next to the hotel parking lot. it did not make me feel safe or valued as a guest.
