good location

first room on second floor bathroom did not close changed rooms to first floor shower door didn’t close all the way and the room smelled like cat urine

the property was a good location

breakfast could be better. the breakfast sandwich was uncooked.

was not maintained nicely. signs were stuck up with tape and it just felt tired and dirty. felt like this hotel was used to house people going through a tough time in life and rehabilitation. It did not feel safe or clean staying there as a mom & daughter. also room smelt of old milk, refrigerator was dirty and stank, no microwave in room or clock. not what I expect from a Marriott.

Nothing !

Everything ! Black mold in the bathroom and on the ceiling ! Food in the walls. Torn and tattered towels. Rude and incompetent staff. The only bright spot was the woman who came in every morning to make breakfast. She was sweet and COMPETENT ! At one point I called the front desk with a question, I was told I would have to wait 2 hours until there was an employee who speaks English. i am all for employing anyone who wants to work, but at a hotel in New Hampshire there should always be an employee present who can speak English.

Was late for breakfast but staff ask3d if she could get me something more than what was left.

Comfort of beds

The breakfast was box format (takeout). But looks the same hotel in Cambridge (Fairfield network) on same week it was full boarded breakfast.
