The gentleman that checked me in was nice and explained the hotel access, food, etc. Cleaning/food service staff were nice and helpful.

When I checked in the room was dirty and I had to clean it myself. When I reported it no one acknowledged my issue or even checked in with me afterwards. The bathroom was disgusting the walls were sweating and dripping water and it was small. There was hair in the sink and bath tub. There was broken broken and dirty baseboards.

The property is in desperate need of a renovation. The carpets were loose and warped. I tripped Twice. The ice machines were missing on my floor and the towels and linens were very worn.

The parking situation could have been explained a little better. We stayed for 2 nights and parked at the parking garage across the street no knowing that we could’ve parked at the hotel’s garage.

The bed was not comfortable, it seemed old and cheap mattress for a higher end hotel. The bed leaned to one side.

I like there was a coffee shop in the hotel and a bar and restaurant as well. The fitness room was amazing and the valet crew was great!
The elevator was not working well. The doors would open before the floor was even with the elevator. I have a fear of heights so this really concerned me. Plus, the guest next door to me played his music extremely loud. I was surprised at how clearly I could hear his or her music.

The hotel lobby had an amazing fragrance when you entered.
For the price I paid, I expected a mini fridge at least. The room had no fridge or microwave, nor was the coffee tray stocked. There wasn't any cups 🤷🏼♀️
