It’s a great location, conveniently near lots of shopping and dining options.

It was located in a good spot where there were a lot of eating establishments.

Easy access to facilities. Friendly staff and quiet location. Great bed.
Breakfast was not available until 6:30 AM. And the 24 hour coffee was Luke warm at 6:00AM. Not changed until 6:30.

The staff was great and helpful place was clean.
Pool was down and got the run around about nobody knew when it would be back up until one staff member gave me a direct answer. I wasn't able to use the pool at all during my stay. No indoor pool or hot tub. Come on, a hot tub is a must with your guest, especially when you have a great hotel.

The breakfast was very good! There were many choices. The coffee was excellent. The attendant was very polite and she maintained a steady supply of food.
The only thing that I can think of that could’ve been better was a few more choices on the hot food. The only choice of meat was bacon. I also enjoy eating sausage. I love biscuits and gravy.

The rooms were nice and comfortable. it was renovated and shower/tub was excellent with good drainage. Quiche for breakfast and great coffee; there were lots more, too.
There was a lot of construction still going on and the elevator was the only thing that needed upgrading. The bathroom sink was clogged which they came to clear, but was short lived. Main thing is the shower/tub was excellent!
