I’ve stayed in this hotel several times over a period of many years. My room was always extremely noisy and I had fitful sleep, if I had any! My last three experiences in the chain , two were awful but one was good. I did not like the cancellation policy because I would have checked out immediately at the Davis location

The uncleanliness of the room (entire room reeked of cigarettes, bed sheets had brown stains and cigarette burns, shower was disgusting, towels were threadbare and stained), the way the staff did not rectify the situation or apologize, the bad location - a lot of homeless people and guests living in the hotel. Not family friendly.

The wifi worked well and the staff were friendly. The room had everything we needed and lots of natural light. The shower was hot and very nice. Location is great, right next to several restaurants and services.

There were stains on one of our pillows and a huge dip in one of the mattresses. Also smoking rules were not enforced and multiple people were smoking outside our window around the pool. There were also a few pieces of hair in the bathroom when we arrived.

Honestly, not anything.

I booked a hotel room specifically because it had a bathtub. Turns out, Booking.com had given me misinformation. There are ZERO bathtubs in Motel 6. Also:the room I reserved had been given to someone else and their "upgrade" making up for the SNAFU was a complete DOWNGRADE. I was given a handicap room. Seriously, I want a refund.

If there was a problem, front desk was aware and working on it.

On my Reservation said 2 beds 2 guest On the property to check in I pay ask the the receptionist it was 2 beds 2 guest they told me yes Wen to my room only one bed wen back they didn't have a answer
