I enjoyed the pool and the hotel's close proximity to nearby attractions. The microwave and mini fridge came in handy during our stay. The included hotel breakfast had items that everyone enjoyed, and it was nice having time to sit down and eat before we started our day.
There was an issue with my booking payment that ended up with me being double charged from the hotel. I paid for my room through a third-party website, but neither of the clerks I spoke with had that confirmation on their screen.
I was told to contact the company and then reach back out to the hotel for the next steps. Aside from this issue that I'm currently waiting to resolve, the stay was comfortable.
There were leftover crumbs on the floor on the side of the couch. Some wear and tear in the tub (rust, I believe) by the drain. Other than that, the stay was what we needed for the night/morning.

A huge thank you to Joy, Assistant General Manager!! I really appreciate that she was able to fully refund my 3rd room that I wasn’t able to fulfill for my stay. She understood why the 3rd room was cancelled. Thank you so much for meeting our expectations during our stay and breakfast was always delicious !! Thank you

I really liked the size of the room. The sofa bed was comfortable and fit my 17-year-old daughter comfortably. Also, we arrived really late at night. The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating.
The breakfast was lacking. There was not much food out and the choices were minimal. Cereal or a cheese omelet. It was very strange.

It was close to my classes
I pulled in and there was a guy on a skateboard coming in and out of the lobby looking like he was up to something. I checked into my room and and opened the blinds and that same guy was peering into vehicles. I did not feel like it was safe! I realized this area was not the best area. The room was not deep cleaned by any means. Very out dated and slummy. There was grime all over the doors like they have not been cleaned in a while. I did not stay.

This bug infested hotel with terrible customer service. Boe L. the GM, Gabrielle the assistant Mgr, Elizabeth (no clue of her title) and Brisa, they all provided a terrible experience at this hotel.
This starts with Elizabeth: A day before we checked out my husband noticed a bed bug in the bathroom, he went to tell mgmt and Elizabeth came to room and it was actually a water bug. She offered to deep clean the room and give us 15,000 Bonvoy points. Due to us checking out the next day we took her offer but the room was never cleaned. Before we check out the next day I called the front desk to speak to Elizabeth and Brisa answered the phone she was extremely rude and short with me. I then went to the front desk and asked her if she was person I just spoke to and she confirmed, I then told her she was very rude and didn't appreciate her tone, she then apologized.
We checked out the hotel and still didn't have 15,000 points but he did have 1,500 points. We continued to call to speak to Elizabeth who was never available or we were told she would call back but she never did.
I then called and spoke to Gabrielle and told her the entire story about the 15,000 points she said the points take 5 - 7 business day to appear.
1 week later (today) I called again because we still don't have 15,000 points. Gabrielle answered the phone, she made a point to say "Elizabeth issued 1,500 points, if it's not available you will need to call Bonvoy". We argued on the phone until she hung up on me. She said she had me on speaker with the GM Boe L. and the points were only 1,500 not 15,000, LADY why would I keep calling you if about the points if I wasn't promised the points. Once she hung up I called back and she was "unavailable", I then spoke to the GM Boe L. another rude staff member.
He said he called Elizabeth on her day off and she confirmed 1,500 points not 15,000 points. He said they wouldn't offer that many points for that type of bug.

The staff were amazing. The receptionist was incredibly helpful in answering all our questions and helping us get transportation to the airport. She also printed out a map for us to get to nearby places and was just generally very friendly and personable. The lady who was responsible for breakfast was exceptional--she went above and beyond to help us find what we needed and even provided some snacks to take with us as we were leaving early for the airport.
Room was clean and comfortable to stay in.
The shuttle driver from the airport was not the friendliest guy. We don't live in the States so we didn't have phone plans and relied on the Information desk at the airport to communicate with the reception desk. There was a bit of miscommunication that resulted in the shuttle driver waiting 10 or 15 minutes for us. He didn't seem too pleased and didn't respond much to my attempts at polite conversation on the drive to the hotel.
Unfortunately, we were not aware that Uber in Phoenix does not provide car seats for infants and as a result, we had to order a taxi to get to the airport (it was a Saturday so the complimentary shuttle wasn't running). Ultimately though, this was not the hotel's fault but our own for not researching better or having a car seat with us. Still a disappointment to have to pay the extra $25. Wish we could comment on the pool but it was 114 F the day we were there so we didn't feel much incentive to be outside at all!
