The staff was courteous & the rooms were clean & modern.

Location was great- lots of walkable restaurants and entertainment. Room was nice and very clean. Soaps and shampoos mounted in he shower were great!
Wifi was not free unless you had booked the room through their rewards program. Exterior lights shine into the hotel even with drapes closed. Elevator across the hall was very loud and could be heard all night.

Close to Mission Inn
Problem with food. Had the Breakfast buffet but lady at Omelet stand did not follow directions , found ants on fruits, not washing fruits. several guest including us were not told it was closing so could not get full. The stay is comfortable but do not eat here.

No room service was available. Had to order from bar. Claimed I would receive voucher for inconvenience. After I purchased ice cream asked for spoons, I was told by there was none. She was totally rude. Shower was dirty.

All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The concierge, security, and cleaning staff we all very professional during my brief interactions with them. The room was spotless when I arrived which a relief compared to some other, non-Marriott facilities I've been to recently.
Finding the entrance was a little awkward without GPS. I ended up walking around the block before finding my way to the front door due to lack of signage.
It was not communicated that the parking voucher would cost an additional fee on top of the room fee but that is my fault for not questioning it further when prompted. Additionally, it was either not communicated or went over my head but I regret missing out on the complimentary breakfast.
Finally, this survey not having any way to opt out and sending me 2-3 emails a week seems a bit excessive. I know that doesn't have anything to do with my stay but there's not many other places I can put this.

Location near bars and places to eat. Had never ventured in downtown Riverside, good location for that. Pool available at an early time, 6am, that was really combina y for those who like to avoid a crowded pool, I do.
Pool was not too small but a bigger pool would make it a bit more luxurious.

The sheets in our room were filthy. We didn’t discover it until the morning before checkout. There were spots all over the comforter. Disgusting experience

Lifts are always crowdy.never expected $25 per/night charge for parking.Not value for my money.
