it was located where i wanted to stay.

one of the workers that happened to work there that same night i checked in was very rude. i complained about the floors being PITCH BLACK but i can tell she didn’t really care. The next morning i seen that our shower was leaking really bad. but after i seen and heard that they didn’t care of what we were dealing with we figured it out on our own.

The receptionist was cordial.

The ice machine waa empty.

Convenient location

No soundproofing. Had two double beds squeezed into a small room so couldn't get out of the side of the bed or move around easily. No coffee making facilities in room. So noisy

Front desk clerk "Samantha" has no clue what "Personal" info is. She is rude, condescending, and unapologetically unhelpful and unprofessional.

Room was small. Lots of weird people lurking around parking lot

The price was good, easy access to freeways.

The property is rundown and it needs a lot of repairs/updates. Homeless people are everywhere and it doesn’t feel safe.

Nothing. The room was dirty and the smoke smell was really heavy and unconfortable. The were some bugs in the room (cucarachas). All night the were noise and in the next room were arguing and fighting. We were scarried and we felt us unsafety

Staff was amazing and good price for the hotel

Housekeeping was really friendly and helpful. They made sure we were comfortable.

No microwave, no coffee after 10am or in rooms. No ice after 11am in ice machine. They changed the wifi password daily and didn't tell us.

No coffee pot in room. Had to pay extra for microwave and fridge .

The floors were dirty, bed smelled like cologne, Tub was disgusting, insufficient bedding. Just plain nasty.

Just needed a place to stay while my house was being fumigated for termites. It was cost efficient and that's what I was looking for. The person checking us in upgraded us to a room with a fridge and microwave which was much appreciated.

When I moved the shower curtain the floor of the shower was not clean.

The staff are all friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and generally it's pretty quiet.

No microwave or refrigerator in the rooms. Could at least put a microwave in the vending area for guests to use.

Someone tried to break in in the middle of the night. Notified front desk which they said they would check the cameras and call police. Neither were done and they did not follow up like they said they would. Not a pleasant night and no sleep.

Great check in with Zasha, she goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy with everything. I like that there is laundry on site and vending machines open 24/7.

Having quarters available at the front desk would be very accommodating
