The hotel was beautiful! Our suite was perfect!

Camas súper pequeñas son tamaño full no Quinn y aparte de todo me cobraron 3 veces

En la habitación se estaba casi cayendo el toallero, el cobro del estacionamiento, no hay personal que hable español, el sofá cama mucho muy incómodo.

Staff was very helpfull and friendly. I highly recomend this place if you are planning on going to Disneyland.

The staff, location and the Starbucks in the lobby was great. Also, this was walking distance to many shopping places and eateries

The breakfast just seemed ok and it’s something to pay extra for.

I loved everything about the property. Upon checking in, staff welcomed me in and answered any of my questions. The check in process was very smooth and easy to do. Upon getting to my room, I was impressed by the cleanliness and the amenities included. I did stay at this location during my Disneyland trip. Being down the street from the hotel, it was the cherry on top.

There is nothing that I didn’t like. Everything was exceptional!

It was a place to rest.

The facility was starting to fall apart with carpets torn in places, elevators malfunctioning and water leaking from the ceiling by the front desk. I waited in a long line just to find out they wouldn’t accept my state issued temporary license. Asked for my wife to bring hers. Then forced her to wait again at the back of the long line in order to finish the check in process. That was infuriating. They should’ve called us back to the front once they were done helping the customer they were on.

Elevators were scary. Stopping abruptly. One was going up and then dropped a few inches before going up again.

I loved the entire staff. They were very attentive and courteous.

The rooms were not cleaned properly upon arrival. carpet in need of cleaning. Everything is old and needs to be badly cleaned or replaced. Didn't feel sanitary at all. Our reservations were non refundable

Rooms were okay, staff pleasant. Pool nice but not usable as it was overrun with huge birthday parties and events every night we were there. Lots of music and drinking by the party goers.

The breakfast buffet is grossly overpriced for what it is. The Starbucks in the lobby didn’t have mobile ordering that was functioning (at least during our four night stay) so the lines n the morning were outrageous. This hotel allows non-guests to use the pool for large parties and gatherings. The pool was used by about two dozen people at a time in a single party, not even wearing swimsuits. Their street clothing was worn in the pool (including dirty socks) and it was not hygienic. We were disappointed as my children love using the hotel pools but each night of our stay was a similar experience with different pool users. Never, never, never book this hotel if you enjoy swimming during your stay.

Though a bit far from the convention center and Disneyland, in a nice little area with shopping and dining very walkable. The pool would have been nice but it wasn’t even usable or hygienic. Many children swimming in street clothes, socks, underwear and it made us grossed out. Disappointing as swimming is the highlight of my children’s vacation.

This hotel allows non-guests to use the pool for large parties and gatherings. We saw pool users coming and going who didn’t ever once enter the hotel so I assume they weren’t guests. The pool was used by about two dozen people at a time in a single party, not even wearing swimsuits. Their street clothing was worn in the pool (including dirty socks) and it was not hygienic. The pool guests freely drank alcohol to the point of being belligerent and blared their music loudly. The employees were completely fine with all of this. We were here four nights and each and every evening was a similar experience but with new/different pool users. Never, never, never book this hotel if you enjoy swimming during your stay. The rooms were okay, the staff was pleasant but they allowed the pool to be utter chaos.

el gerente de este domingo 6 de noviembre de 2022 es latino y se la da q no habla español solo para lavarse las manos con la solución de problemas ya que decidí extender mi estancia y como su terminal bancaria no leía mi tarjeta solo me pidió hacer el check out no busco ninguna solución alternativa para mi y tuve que mudarme al hotel que está a un lado en verdad que jamás volvería porque por falta de entrega con el huésped tuve que salir corriendo q buscar un nuevo hotel y tuve que hacer maletas de prisa y la verdad no es lo que buscas en un hotel si vienes a descansar

We loved the atmosphere

on the first room the Toilet over flooded flooded the bathroom, and the hall. After we got our second room there was a diaper under the bed, the TV was not working either TV. Internet wasn’t working. There was a missing blanket as well.

It’s in a good location and near a lot of places

The AC wasn’t working for a few days, they hardly cleaned the rooms and the toilet had a weak flush.

The room is comfortable, big and clean. The hotel has decent options to eat and drink

The staff and you must pay for the internet. The girl at the reception was rude and charged me in 28 dollars more. I don’t know why.
