location was great , staff brought new towels daily.

floors were disgusting. feet turned black in minutes of walking barefoot on it. not good for my baby. dresser was broken. tv made a popping noise every few minutes. after you wash had in bathroom it stinks like sewage.

The property was ok

They charge a 100$ deposit upon check in, then when we checked out they charged our card another 100$ but they say there was no mix up on there end and to contact out bank

We needed a bed and a roof over our heads and that's what we got.

Hotel should've disclosed the $100 deposit (which is 50% more than most hotels in the area) on the website. I wasn't prepared to lose a good chunk of my spending money. Upon checking in, there were dozens of signs telling guests everything not to do, as well as a permanate "Host is away from the desk" sign on the check in desk. Not very welcoming. Despite several "this is a smoke-free hotel" signs everywhere, the room stank of stale cigarettes and there was a burn hole on the comforter which I had to call the front desk about to make sure I wasn't charged for it. My son was looking forward to swimming, but the only pool we could find was one that appeared to be attached to the adjacent motel. I don't know if they have an agreement or not, but we didn't feel comfortable swimming there and my son was very disappointed. When it came time to check out, we had to wake the hostess and remind her twice about returning our $100 deposit.

location was close to where I needed to attend a event.

the room was so dirty.. carpet was stained I literally didn’t walk barefoot in that room. one of the beds the sheet was stained. the dresser with the tv had white sticky stuff all over. the dresser was stripped of some wood. it was dusty the table wasn’t wiped down someone’s hair and a little rag where left. the headboards were dusty.. the nightstand had sticky white stuff next to it. for the 155 bucks I paid that room should be spotless especially with coming out from covid.
