It was convenient and people was great

First room had . A bad smell that's it everything else was good

I did not like the fact that they censor the TV stations that are supposed to on and replace with poorly done religious programing. They had no ice and the pool was not open.

Good variety, hot foods!

Hard fo find the butter, sugars, etc, need to be in more visible containers. By the time we found what we needed our hot foods were cold and no microwave? Also no microwave in room? We were in a suite. There was a fridge, but no way to heat up leftovers from dinner or items from shop downstairs ( which we didnt visit, so maybe there was one there?)

Very clean Felt safe

Only one coffee pot. We have stayed there twice. Once coffee runs out....we had to wait while they made more coffee. The Elkin Fairfield has many coffee pots. We will start going back to that one. We also needed more plugs for our Cpap machines.

Multiple offerings of different breakfast foods

Ran out of coffee at breakfast. TV channels did not work. Some lights in room not working. Could not turn off noisy fan at night. Staff unresponsive or very slow to respond to the problems when notified.

Bathtub calked by 5 year old from the looks of it, also a lot of mold. Room had a funny smell and carpet was dirty.
