Convenient on & off highway . Nice breakfast.

Not clean rooms- looks like they are trying to update- some new pieces placed in out dated rooms. No seating in rooms except office chair. We've stayed before about 5 years ago on our way to Myrtle beach and remembered how nice and comfortable it was- that's why we booked again. But we will NOT return.

The hotel was easy to get to.

First of all we BOOKED A SUITE BUT WHEN WE GOT THERE WE GOT TWO QUEEN BEDS. WHENWE WENT TO CHECK OUT, I INFORMED THE LADY AT THE DESKTHAT THE CHARGE WAS ON MY CARD. SHE INFORMED ME THAT SHE HAD CHARGED M E TWICE BUT DID NOT KNOW HOW TO FIX IT. AS IT TURNS OUT BOOKING.COM DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO FIX IT EITHER. THE HOTEL'S BILLIKNG WAS A SCAM AND ON OUR WAY HOME I MAY INFORM THE POLICE THAT SOMETHING IS GOING ON WITH THIS HOTEL.

The pool was large but the heater is broken.

I paid extra for a jacuzzi room. $59 extra. Filled the jacuzzi to find out it did not work. Notified staff and was offered a $10 credit. Personally I think if it didn’t work I should have received the extra $59 plus taxes I paid for the room.

I liked having a slightly different selection for breakfast each morning. The bed was comfortable.

Location was great - right off the highway. Breakfast was good - normal choices. Our original room had a problem with the heating/a/c unit, but they inspected right away and moved us to another room. We were also given a discount for our trouble. They did everything to make it right!

Broken glass on floor in pool area , Windows open in pool area as ventilation not working. Hot tub had no bubbles , pump barely circulating water. Elevator was dirty

Nice beds, clean room, friendly staff. Breakfast had different options on different days and always enough choice. The chocolate chip cookies at the front desk were delicious.

The first .2 mile towards the center of the town don't have a sidewalk, which makes walking into town after dark a bit unsafe.

The breakfast was very good, great coffee, alot of variety, omelets, pancakes, waffles . cereal, bagels etc. And they had chocolate chip cookies in the lobby when we arrived. I love chocolate chip cookies!

No cons. Clean rooms, newer bathrooms, separate bedroom area, There was a separate seating area with a couch, a chair another TV.

Gave us keys to our room only to find others already inside. Terrible breakfast options. Room was very dirty and carpet was stained throughout. Washroom was in rough shape

Pool and spa out of service. Pop machines not working on any floor had to go to the lobby desk for a beverage. Ice machines were not working. Very noisy heard the expressway all night long- we have stayed many times near expressway and have never had any issues. Lights from the parking lot shined in room all night-tried to adjust curtain many times it was just not big enough to cover the whole window. Stains all over carpet in our room. Breakfast was cold and some of the foods seemed reused. Breakfast sausage and potatoes for sure. Would definitely not recommend this hotel-book elsewhere.

The breakfast set up. Passive aggressive signs everywhere and no bags allowed - to not steal a bagel? Staff in breakfast room bordering on shirty too (one of them). I prefer to get my own breakfast and being able to bring my laptop bag with me. Very silly set up.
