I liked the room space and the kitchen area

I didn’t like how thin the walls were. I could hear my neighbors. The tv networks were down the first day of our stay so my children were upset a bit with no internet.

The location was in proximity to festivities I needed to attend.

The hotel had a dank odor and hallways were not very clean. The room itself was in horrible condition. The bed had scratches on the headboard and peeling paint, there was supposed to be a picture of above it, however, it was missing just the screws, the bi-fold closet door was broken, the mirrors in the bathroom was totally scratched and marred around the edges. The couch was super dirty with stains that were unremovable. Obtaining room service for extra linen or towels was a 2-hour ordeal. Local vagrants were around the property searching in trash cans for I assume cans, cigarette butts, etc. The light switches were different in color and there were burn holes on the side tables near the bed, door stops missing, etc. If you need a one-night stay, just passing through, perhaps it would work, but would not recommend a 2-3 day stay.

The shower pressure and the coffee was good.

The staff on Saturday and Sunday morning was rude and lack customer service skills. The toilet valve was broken and never was replaced during my stay.

Four of us but only enough kitchen equipment eg cups and glasses for three.

The room has very strong smell and AC doesn't work.

The staff was excellent. The room was very clean and smelled good. It had a fridge and microwave which was nice. I love that the tv had youtube.

The elevator wasn't working and the rooms were way too close together. The bathroom didn't have any space to place my blowdryer and flat iron.
