I like that it’s quiet and convenient.
You have to purchase toothbrushes. We were there 3 night and housekeeping only came one time.

My room faced highway when I specifically asked during booking for quiet room faving AWAY from any highway.

Ridiculous QR Code requirement to view a room svc menu. Also the Menu was mostly out of date.

Room 916 my first was nasty blood on blankets green looking substance on blanket. House keeping manager clearly in my face told me I was lying I went up to the room grabbed the blanket flipped over. Anyways I’ll never stay ever again there.
Second room no face towels only 1 staff was sweet when I first checked in everybody else was off.

The room was excellent I mean the bed and I mean the bed was very very very comfortable the room was nice and the bathroom cleaned The shower that I love the most I love a strong shower that is relaxing my muscles and the front desk was very very very respectful to my wife Thank you

In the world of "Breakfast Included", I found the cost of a quick continental breakfast to be pricey.
Also, paid $26.00 for a chilled bottle of, what turned out to be, their house white wine.

The Booking.com site. Problem. I was inquiring about August 5-6. It flipped the dates without my noticing, to August 6-7. I got all the way to Waterbury and the Clerks were very helpful … BUT … There were NO ROOMS AVAILABLE … So Booking.C had switched it to the following night!!! Without me Noticing!!! (Waterbury Hotel kindly cancelled the Aug. 6-7 error!)
*** I ended up having to drive back to Plymouth and stay in the lesser desired Lodge there.

The workout facilities smelled damp. and musty. There was mold growing inside the cleaning wipes. No towels or water. It. was. overpriced .

The air conditioning did work properly, had to get a fan from the front desk and i had bad nosebleed because of the room being so stuffy, ( i have asthma), Checked out early due to this.

Staff was professional and pleasant. The hotel was immaculate.
Not sure if this place has a swimming pool, didn’t bother to check but that would be the only thing missing.

We did not have breakfast, starbucks was great!
The water in our room turned brown like a rust color the last day and we were not able to shower and get cleaned up.
We did not talk to anyone regarding this issue it was a busy weekend and crowded lobby when we left.
