Breakfast was good, the facility was clean, and the staff were friendly. The room was comfortable and looked nice. I also appreciated being able to check in early when I arrived several hours earlier than I expected.

There was no one at the front desk when I arrived and no way to paige someone (a bell, etc.)

The lobby size was extremely small and the hotel rooms on 1st floor was super close to the lobby. We traveled with soccer team families and was told Adults are not allowed to sit in lobby after 9pm. But there was not outdoor seating area. The pool was shut down for maintenance and not enough seating in lobby for breakfast. You can hear all the noise from people walking upstairs with super thin walls. I tried to print something for my team from front desk and the printer ink was broken. Not a great experience. Cheaply made

Breakfast was minimal with limited bread, and out of carton eggs. Nice to have coffee/tea available all day. Could use more seating and table room.

Some maintenance issues need to be addressed such as panic bar on second floor exit door disconnected. Wet floor outside pool area a real hazard. Elevators sounded like they needed servicing; somewhat disconcerting.

Staff was friendly.

It was very dirty. The pool was very dingy and dirty. Chunks of hair floating in it from the previous day. Rusted sprinklers on the ceiling. Filter taped to the bottom of the pool. Hotel room AC vents were filled with black mold (we didn't notice till the following morning when we all woke up very congested and checked them). Calk around the jet tub was all falling apart. Just overall very dirty.
