Moldy caulk in the bathroom. Not a lot of space to walk with sofa bed open. No hooks to hang towels or clothes in bathroom.

The staff remember us and are so accommodating. The weekday breakfast attendant is such a bonus to the experience. He remembers us and does such a good job of keeping the food fresh and the area clean.

Breakfast. Not facility fault overly crowded and loud. Eggs way too watery, sausage very dry. Drink options good.

They staff was amazing and so welcoming to us and our kids. They had a very good breakfast. Loved that there was a microwave and two tvs in our room. Kids got to watch what they wanted, and their parents watched what we wanted before bedtime.
It was terribly hot and humid in the hallways and lobby area.

Very helpful and accommodating staff. Moved us right away when we had a room issue.Walking distance to lots of good restaurants and shopping. Very easy to get on the wonderful Biking system in the city and many of the galleries and other sites are an easy drive with good freeway access. Good breakfast choices and overflow space when busy. Fridge and microwave and coffeemaker in room were useful. Comfortable bed. Nice recently renovated rooms.
First room had minimal space between bed and closet making bathroom access difficult. Air conditioner was loud but effective which was essential as the temps were in the 90s.

Breakfast was what I expect for the price
The building was under construction when I was there, which didn’t cause much problems, but the one elevator was congested when I was trying to check out when the workers were moving furniture.

The rooms did not have a way to shut out the lights from the parking lot. Only sheer curtains- NOT effective in having a solid nights sleep.

Nothing to be very completely honest
We arrived an hour after check in and had to wait an additional 30 mins to get into a room. The room she gave us was still being cleaned. So we waited even longer. A man walked into our room w/o knocking claiming to be maintenance and asked if we are doing a late check out. It was 10:45 and check out was 11. So disappointed. There were also weird oil spots in the corners of the ceilings and even a big bug was spotted on a ceiling

The AC connection in lamps were dangerous. One lamps two AC power sockets were completely lifted up out of their base. Someone could get electrocuted

Breakfast was good and offered a variety of options.
Everything was fine with our stay. The fan in our room probably needs some maintenance - was really loud when the heat kicked in. We were in a room next to a family with children and could hear lots of noise through the wall.
