The photo on the site made the pool look to be much larger, in reality , it was so small that if somebody else was in there you would have been crowding them. I booked a month in advanced, and requested ground floor but was given 4th floor room. The water pressure in the shower was terrible!!!! Went through the breakfast area and seen nothing that looked appetizing unless you were a child. we came back to the room after 3:30 in the afternoon and the cleaning people had not been there at all.

Excellent customer service, location and it was quite. Very clean facilities.

Our room was very nice, quiet and fresh.

Did not feel welcomed by African American woman in breakfast area.She was rude and very unhappy in what she was doing.I could feel she did not want to be there.The way she spoke to me was so unprofessional.The other woman (cocasion) that was also working has been there before she was very kind had a smile on her face and has always made me feel welcomed.She spoke to my 3 year old grandchild and I appreciated that.

Shower head and tub drain couldve been better but not a deterrent from my planning my next stay.
