Tired and staff had little customer skills

Staff is really helpful.

Breakfast not great, although varied it's quite pricey.

nice swimming pool/outdoor facilities (with the exception of the hot tub that was not working)

We booked a room for three adults with the mention « breakfast included » but when we arrived we had only breakfast for 2 adults (and 2 children - which we did not have) and had to pay for the 3rd adult - staff was not flexible/understanding (except for the waitress of the breakfast). Globally we found the hospitality of the staff below expectation/average. Also, a higher level of cleanses was expected for a 4-star hôtel in the common area (empty glass near the fire place, garbage in the bush at the front door etc.)

first, on the 2nd day the light went out. 2 major lamps in the room went out. 2nd, most of complimentary breakfast I know doesn’t have vouchers 2 adults 2 child. when I booked, I said 4 adults and they have issue with this stuff although they gave me more voucher. 3rd, 3-4 chanel lipsticks I have are missing. I already put do not disturb but my lipsticks disappeared. I mean seriously, who takes somebody else’s lipsticks.

water in the pool wasnt clean, rooms could be more modern.

Breakfast food was great. The staff was great as well. Overall it was excellent!
