The staff

Booking did not place the booking, and was reluctant to give a refund, they fought to make me pay twice, very disappointed with booking

Property and room substandard for a Marriott owned hotel. Tiny bathroom with Broken tile. Room decor was old and shabby Window curtains puddled to the floor. No real closet AC did not work properly. Hotel is a low budget property

Could not accommodate a 1 hr early check-in. Requested a quiet room and we were placed nect to elevator and we could hear it going up and down all evening and morning. The breakfast offering was small and not what I typically see at a Fairfield.

Went to breakfast once and they did not have much of anything there

The Pool was out of service! Had that been advertised i never would have booked there

I was disappointed that there was no airport shuttle as advertized.

Free airport transportation.

Staff helpful food ok and selection was good. Scrambled eggs good, Something flat (maybe an omelette, but not recognizable) was not good.

Bathroom extremely small. My husband enjured himself because the stricker plate on the door jamb protruded and scraped his arm badly. Because of being on blood thinners he bled profusely. Had to obtain necessary treatment supplies. The staph was helpful by loaning us Scissors. Also undetectable sounds. Our return stay on 23,24 better 😀

The breakfast was fine. Decent choices.

The items were a little scattered. The cereal was located a distance from the other choices and the coffee was even further away.

The bed was comfortable, and the location to shops.

The hotel double charging me cleaning out my bank account, rude front desk, staff taking up one of the only patio tables and chairs all night smoking pot, not knowing about the pool being closed until we got there, the shower draining so slow my husband and I had to alternate days, the too small toilet seat for the toilet, the four different amounts I was given for a total, being talked about amongst the staff in the lobby in front of guests I could go on….

Breakfast was ok. I liked that they let us eat before the official opening time.

The breakfast staff never made coffee, it was what was left over from the night before. When we tried to check in, the lady at the front desk told us we couldn’t. We went to lunch & came back and the man at the desk let us check in.
