I saw 2 roaches in the morning before checking out.

Staff couldn’t find my reservation and roaches.

The one ice maker that was operational

It was a run down facility.

Felt more secure with fencing.

Dirty, floor needed mopping. Musty smell. No closets for hanging clothes, had to hang on shower rod. No freezer in mini fridge.

No breakfast

Cleanliness, no shampoo available, no hair dryer

This place is flithy and swarmed with druggies and prostitutes. I needed a room for me and my son for two nights and after night one I regretted it. My non-smoking room smelled like smoke. There were ashes all over the phone. The floors were dirty to the point were the bottom of my foot was black after a couple minutes of being barefoot. The next morning I asked the front desk receptionist if I could switch rooms because a drug user was banging on my door non stop. She said to come back later to switch rooms. I returned at 3:45 and was told she would call me in an hour when another room was available because housekeeping had just started cleaning. I never received a call.

Staff was polite.

it was clean some how

1st. The non smoking Room we got smell a lot smoke., 2nd the mattress had a big whole (deep) in the middle of the mattress and wires poking me. we and up leaving the room in the middle of the night. 3rd the bathroom door had some big patches and didn’t open correctly.

heater didn't work; freezing cold towels small, paper thin, hard had a smell to it

front desk is very friendly

I have stay there so many times in different rooms and all of smoking free ones always have a very strong smell of smoke

I didn’t get my 40$ dollar deposit back it’s been 7 days
