I am super sensitive to odors & was pleasantly surprised that all I smelled was Clean! We couldn't even smell the breakfast odors & we were on the same floor as the dining/eating area. Our room was comfortable, clean & roomy. If we happen to visit Logan, UT again, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

My only complaint is that the toilet paper is just a grade above sandpaper.

Construction but quiet

The room was very nice and the view was great. I loved that the toilet was separate from the shower. Breakfast was ok, I had a waffle and some hot chocolate, some turkey sausage which had very little flavor and scrambled eggs which I put salsa on. It was a help yourself, make your own deal.

The worst part of the room was the chair at the desk, very uncomfortable and there was only one in a room with two beds. There were not any vending machines. You have to go down to a little store, very little, by the front desk.

We come to Logan on a regular basis and always live in Springhill Suites as the location is perfect for the business we come for. Staff is always very attentive and serviceminded and the rooms are comfortable and big.

This time we were affected by a water pipe burst, but in the situation staff was very helpful informing us when the repair had taken place. Breakfast is a typical travellers breakfast - too industrial for our taste. A lot of onetime use plastic are used there.

The location is wonderful, breakfast is fantastic and the room and beds were very comfortable.

Room was not clean. Hotel was understaffed.

Requested a bathtub and didn’t get it,the shower needed a shelf or seat for for women to shave their legs. There was a big space under the door so the light came in, And you could hear out in the hall.

Everything about our stay was great. The room was a generous size. The trundle bed worked well for our oldest child. The room was very clean and a nice layout that worked well for our family. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. The pool was great fun and the bathrooms next to the pool were very well kept. We would definitely stay here again

The location was busy, but that's not a changeable thing. The room more than made up for that.

loved the room and space. The breakfast was really good and had plenty of options.

I did not love the door to the bathroom because in the middle of the night when someone goes in you can see the light, but other than that it was great.

The facilities were very nice. I liked the nice large room, and sitting area. I liked the good location, with places to eat just across the parking lot.

We arrived on a Friday evening. There were NO parking spaces available in the lot around the hotel. I was told that I could park in the parking garage across the street, or any of the other parking spaces in front of businesses. I didn't want my car to be parked away from the hotel, so I spent about 1/2 hour circling the parking lot, until a space became available. The main thing that was an issue was the Internet went down on Saturday morning, and was not restored the rest of our stay. We checked out on Sunday. We were really disappointed that there was no internet for the majority of our stay. The breakfast was ok, nothing special.

It was clean and spacious. It was also super easy to find and book.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like. It was great. We will come again.
