The location was close to the airport!

Everything was good from the breakfast bar to the staff. The young man Aaron was super nice and very friendly. The parking lot definitely needs repaved but, it was great stay.

The parking lot was in need of maintenance but, the place is great.

Needs a hot tub. For safety reasons the bathtubs need to be replaced. They are way to narrow for my small feet so I was very nervous for my 70 year old mother to take a shower.

It was only Pet friendly room available, and I did not like that at all. It was very smelly

first day of my stay was great with breakfast. the gentleman who checked me in was very nice.

I spoke with the young kid on 4-18-2023, the morning of and told him (the front desk) my flight was at 2pm so I could hang out in the lobby for a few hours until my flight. He said I have to vacate the property at 11:00 am and leave the hotel, and not to hang out. I was going to watch the TV in the lobby until I leave. He turned off the TV so I could not watch it. I will be telling all my physician friends who work with me at the university hospital in knoxville, not to be staying at this hotel which they normally do stay when in town. I will not be staying at any la quinta any more in the future. Thank you.

location, value, shuttle to the airport and the majority of the staff go above and beyond to give the best costumer service.

At around 11:40 am a young man employee came to our room hitting our room door very heavily and screaming “ is time to check out”. I opened the door and explained to him that the staff members that checked us in the night before al 1:30 am offered us that we a late check out, 12:00 pm, since we were very tired. The young man employee reply yelling at me “I did not see that note and this is not your house, you have to check out”. I kept repeating that a late check out was offered to us the night before. The young man kept yelling at me. I even told him to stop yelling to me like that, that he was being disrespectful. He started mimicking me!! I could not believe it!! I went to the front desk and I explained the situation to the lady at the front desk and she told me that the note about late check out was there and apologized.

Breakfast was best I've had a hotel since before the pandemic. The room was exceptional! The shuttle to the airport was great. Everything was good.

I have no complaints. I like La Quinta and I liked this one the best!

Bed was comfortable. The lobby area and hallways appeared to be clean and well kept.

There was a used rag with (what appeared to be) pubic hair that was hung over our shower curtain rod. Handsoap was out. The entry/exit to the building from the road is a NIGHTMARE.
