It had a bed , that’s about all we liked .

The property has recently changed hands and it seems like know body cares about anything . Breakfast was a joke , half a loaf of bread but no butter or spreads and waffles , when we enquired on our first morning we were told the truck didn’t arrive , on the second morning same thing , and were told we don’t provide breakfast , even though on check in we were told the breakfast hours . ( we booked as it advertised breakfast ) No coffee machine or hairdryer in room even though it was listed in room facilities, was given both after complaining. Don’t expect any house keeping , if you want fresh towels or your bin emptied ect you have to ask . On our last afternoon a big fight erupted in the foyer between locals who just seemed to be hanging around , 4 police cars arrived ., pepper spray was used in the foyer and we are still choking on it as I write this review . We have complained directly to the Red Roof company because this place is dragging their good name down .

Good location

Very basic breakfast. Lots of noise in hall during night. People in hallway screaming

Dirty outside and indoors trash in hallways smelled of weed and cig smoke worst breakfast of all our stays

The king room was very spacious

no jetted tub. fridge did not work. a/c did not work. entry door was messed up. Hair in the sheets. very loud throughout the night. Choosing this hotel for the breakfast was not worth it. hardly anything for breakfast there

Didn't eat it

The staff was horrible. The person who was suppose to be at the front desk was always gone. The cleaning people kept trying to enter are room. If there's a rating for negative I would give this hotel a negative 1000. I m looking how to complain on a higher scale where I can reach the corporate office. To really give emphasis on how terrible the service was.

Staff very rude! Was given a room with someone already in it. They are having their friends, etc staying in rooms for free. Overnight clerk left a number to call if needed and slept in a room. Left towels and toilet paper on counter all night in case guests needed.
