Great location everything worked out great close to the freeway and to the convention center and airport. Stayed for an event at the convention center and was able just to walk there so we didn’t have to pay any parking at the convention center. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Location close to work and access to freeway

Staff members were careless about checking if the room was ready… they gave a room that was dirty. Stayed 3 days.. on my second day I requested room cleaning. They said yes but never showed up. When i call to find out what happened, they literally lied saying that i had a sign on my door, which i didn’t and also said that the cleaning is every other day.. manager said he wanted to know what was going on.. when explained everything he said it was important anyway because i was checking out the next day So staff are not good or polite. They are inefficient and careless. So i don’t recommend them to anyone

I always have an amazing experience here. The staff is amazing and the rooms are always clean. And adolis is always welcoming just like the rest of the staff here. Thank you for always making me feel welcom and making my stay a pleasurable one
