Great hotel all new renovated We have stay there before it was done now it is done I will stay there again

The lighting in the room it needs more lighting in the room to dim

the accommodated to having a first floor room due to me having to use/ crutches

not enough parking, property looks run down.

Close to the airport

We had a couple of issues with our stay on July 25 2023 in room 103. When we first entered the room there were flies everywhere so the the first hour we were there we were trying to get the flies out but they just kept coming in from somewhere. The room stayed warm the whole time until we decided to leave that same night we left to get another room somewhere else so due to these issues we had to spend more unexpected money for other accommodation.

The location was great. We also liked how the rooms where nice and clean.

Was close to Ontario Kaiser

There was like a big moth inside my room had to try to get it out.

pool was closed, run down hotel, basic to no amenities. not even a tissue box to blow my nose.

nothing noisy

room smell bad, big noisy upstairs, police came didnt get good sleep
