For the price, I was disappointed by the lack of mini fridge in the room or laundry services in the hotel.

Breakfast was fine. The location is perfect as it is near shops and on the Blue bus route which makes it easy to get to the Dartmouth-Hitchcock medical facility.

Maybe a little closer to our home in Vermont? :-)

The only place for breakfast is a restaurant in the hotel. Service is excellent and the price was a little higher.

Location, parking assistance

Noise from the street due to thin windows. Bathroom was small and the vanity was AWFUL… no shelves or drawers to put your things and the counter itself wasn’t level, some idiotic design ridge, so things would keep falling over from the makeup mirror to any bottles. even the tray provided by the hotel, which took up way too much room, wasn’t level because of the grooves in the counter. It was incredibly frustrating.

Overpriced.

Everything was correct, staff was always helpful and made you feel welcome. l forgot my IPad in the room and they sent it to Boston next day

Personalized attention from the staff from check in to check out. Breakfast was excellent, service and food. Comfortable bed and exceptional bathroom. Close to restaurants and to Dartmouth.
