It's a beautiful place.

It's ok however I was thinking that they can add more food

My room doors rattled loudly when the people next door open or closed them it was nosey night this was on the 1st floor

We didn't get to stay because he told me and my husband that we couldn't,t bring our 8lb. Pomeranian in the room. I told him in that case he needs to give my money back because they advertise on booking.com that they were pet friendly and we keep our pet in a kennel not running around.He then told me that he couldn't refund my money because it was nonrefundable.I told him that we DIDN't cancel our stay but our pet had to be able to stay also and him denying him to stay in the motel was false advertisement and a SCAM! We had to find a motel that allowed pets because of the HIM and not get our money back, but I'm sure they rerented our room and made a BIG PROFIT OF OF US. I also told him that they need to reword their "pet friendly" motel add also!!! If they are going to keep any of our money I could understand keeping $100 for a deposit just in case of a no show.

The pool was dirty and full of hair. The hallways smelled, the room was dusty and needed a serious detail clean from walls to floors. In addition, their idea of breakfast was cereal, waffles and yogurt. No protein. when breakfast was over, they didn’t even want to give access to water, because they sold water bottles. The hostess for breakfast was gracious to give some but not what they do.

Reception staff and manager were disrespectfully racist and rude to us while checking in. We didn’t feel comfortable staying there as two black women alone. Didn’t even make it to the room, we canceled our reservation and took our money else where.

Great room...customer service was great.

Add some meat to the breakfast... It would be interesting.

The room was clean. The breakfast was good. The amenities listed were accurate. The staff at the desk was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast attendant was very personable.

The door to our room would not click shut- therefore it wouldn’t lock when we left the room. When inside the room, the door could be locked with the deadbolt and security lock.

I didn’t like the fact that the microwave did not work in the room and I saw two cocker roaches in my room bathroom unacceptable. Went down stairs to ask about a microwave front desk receptionist got an attitude about it . Don’t except this kind of service when I’m spending my hard earn money on this and tracked a good distance. Kept calling up front because someone across the hall was extremely loud and stomping coming from up stairs and no one answered the room phone nor my cell phone . could not sleep comfortably due to noise .Poor service refund needed

6 miles away from our tournament location. Friendly staff,and we were allowed to check in early and we will definitely be booking again

The 1st-floor rooms are not for me... the room above us sounded like a herd walking all night long and when people went out the side door by the pool it shook our room door every time it was opened by someone going out. I booked this hotel specifically because HOT breakfast was advertised... there was no hot breakfast and only 1 waffle maker. It was a good stay but these things need to be looked into÷

The bed was comfortable. The room was nicely decorated. There were accessible plugs for electronics. Refrigerator and microwave were nice to have. I liked the cushioned top under the window. It was a great space to put things on.

there was a lot of noise from the traffic on the nearby road throughout the night that never ended that interfered with falling asleep. The heat unit smelled bad like something was burning when the heat was turned on. The comforters were crinkly and noisy when moving around in bed. there wasn’t much counter space in the bathroom.
