Reasonable accommodation and great breakfast.

Location and breakfast was great. Room, lobby etc. were clean.

Biggest complaint is that we forgot a few clothes in the closet when we left. I filed a claim with charger back as directed. They indicated that items were found but two weeks later the hotel still has not contacted me about returning the items to us. I have tried calling several times and no one answers the phone or when I do get a person I am transferred to housekeeping and they don’t answer and their voicemail is full so I can’t leave a message. Very frustrating.

My stay for only one sleepless night was more than disapppointing.

Desk Service and level of cleanliness were great.

Room no 334. Water did NOT drain from bathroom sink. No bathmat was provided. After 10 PM there was a distinct CONTINUOUS noise from the outside area like band practice nearby or some similar source that created a repetitive base sound. It did not go away. There was a separate ticking/tapping type of noise from INSIDE in or from a wall interior. Both noises made it difficult to sleep. I have never encountered this type of situation in any of my numerous previous stays with Hampton Inn & Suites. I am highly disappointed.

Good location, passing through from Lake Tahoe on our way to San Francisco. Nice complimentary breakfast, comfortable and clean room. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

The property is very clean and quiet. All the toiletries and bedding are also free of harsh chemicals. We are grateful for the hospitality- the staff are very nice and friendly. The variety of breakfast items is definitely a lot more than most motels- hot food and make your own waffles! We also loved the fact that the place is very dog friendly.

The additional $125 for our doggies.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

The breakfast was excellent. A nice variety of food. The hours the breakfast was available were convenient. The staff was helpful, friendly, and professional. All areas of the hotel was exceptionally clean.

Furnishings were a little outdated in the rooms as well as the shared areas. I'm satisfied with everything else.

When you lay on a bed and it is so comfortable you are asleep before you know you laid down..... WOW~

Very disappointed.

We were unable to shower or wash up, as the sink and tub backed up with water. Although I called, I was not offered any accommodations. I was told that the maintenance man was not on property. Of course, since we checked in after 10PM, we knew this. We only stopped because we wanted to shower and nap. I was trying to request a refund.

I could have been offered another room. I could have been given a refund or discount. Staff could have made an attempt at resolving the issue with a plunger.

I was billed more than they said my total bill would be. also the breakfast was mediocre and rarely checked on so things kept running out. the juice, all 4 flavors, was only water and the coffee kept running out.
