Location

Microwave sparked when not in use, horrible coffee, scratched up furniture, they made me pay upon arrival then said I had 30 minutes to go up and decide if I wanted the room.

As always, they are extremely accommodating. The customer service at this location is unmatched. I had stayed rhe weekend and left early for work on Monday morning, not realized I left behind my favorite blanket... I didn't realize until a few hours had gone by. I called the hotel and within 15 minutes they had found my blanket and had it folded put to the side by time I was off of work. Thank you again !!! One more thing, the bed that we had was the most comfortable bed my boyfriend and I have ever laid on. 10/10

My boyfriend and I booked just a single night at first so we could get some QT in, and we ended up staying a total of 3 nights, it was very comfortable and close to alot of good food spots, I suggest the "New York pizza and pasta" restaurant.. VERY GOOD The customer service of the husband and wife team is phenomenal. They are very accommodating as well as just overall good people.

I have no complaints

The staff was very nice. The parking was good. Value was good. Table and chairs in room,. Microwave and refrigerator in room. Heating and air conditioning worked. Luggage dolly was very convenient, Handicapped bars in bathroom was very considerate. And the Wi-fi and cable television worked.

The only thing I didn't like was that the pillows were extremely hard. We had to go to the store to buy our own pillows. The beds were too firm, but for the value of the hotel I would still stay there again. The lighting for the bathroom mirror was a little too dark and the light over the bathroom mirror made a soft buzzing sound (flourescent). The vending machine was out of order so we had to buy our bottled water at a store and bring it back.

TV did not work. There were three coffee pouches: one regular and two decaffeinated. There was no water. They should provide water bottle if they put a coffee machine. Good intention but not complete. if only sleeping without comfort is the purpose, it’s good enough but if I want more, I would choose somewhere else.
