Room fridge could have been a bit bigger, missing microwave , missing a chair/pull out single bed

Clean and quiet.

Very expensive.

Staff member Franc was exceptional tried to make up for faults. Pancy was another gem, always made sure we had what we needed.

Mom's breakfast was discontinued which we were not aware of. We would have stayed in a place that had that service. No water in the rooms. In the foyer there were two bowls of oranges and apples with at least 4 employees standing around waiting to charge you for the fruit. Took the shuttle in with the "greek" owner and mentioned the disappointments which she did not compensate for. For almost $3,000.00 and 4 night stay I would say this was a rip-off. We have stayed there for years and have enjoyed it. I guess new owners have totally different ethic and ideas.

The room was very clean, and the staff was very accommodating

The hotel was under construction and nowhere on any website. Did it say that. They were supposed to have a hot breakfast and all we received was prepackaged muffins, cereal, and cereal. There was no hot coffee to be found. The indoor pool was also closed at $600 plus a night they should’ve at least for warned us and lower their prices for that inconvenience.

This place is right across the airport. I needed to stay an extra day due to canceled flights. I accidentally booked the month and year but was able to reschedule. The area despite being so close to the airport was quiet and relaxed. The pool was nice when the new he's are too crowded

I wouldn't say I like the distance from town, but the hotel provides a shuttle from early morning to late into the evening.
