Location right at the intersection of hwy 66 and interstate 40.

Under renovation. Pictures online were not accurate. Our room had new flooring but everything else was original. Bathtub was old, discoloured and poorly draining. Breakfast was basic-no decaf coffee, no peanut butter. Very unappetizing. Very small eating area. Overall disappointing.

The location was ok.

The toilet was used & not flushed, we had a mouse in our room, floors were filthy, shower/tub combo was old plastic material and so stained & filthy we did not use, the shower curtain was filthy, we almost didn’t stay but was hoping the front desk would offer a refund but they didn’t.

Nothing. Not only during our days in US, but also after.

Everything. The room was invaded by bugs, bedbugs and other scaring animals. We payed before but we stayed in the room no more than 10 minutes before go away. We have asked for a refund that they promised, but, after more than 1 month, we didn’t receive the refund yet (even if we have called several times) and, on top of that, they charged us TWICE. The worst place ever.

je n'ai pas apprécier le fait de payer une chambre supérieure avec lit king size et de ne pas l'avoir , puisque j'ai eu eu une chambre classique avec lit queen size j'ai d'ailleurs conctacté booking 2 fois à ce sujet et n'ai jamais eu de réponse !! je n'ai pas apprécié le bruit de la route non plus

Location. Clean.

Bathtub was dangerously slick with no shower mat. Front door in need of repair. Bugs aplenty. Sink stopper didn't work. Clothing left there.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. Check in and check out easy.

While the room was clean when we checked in, we quickly noticed there were beetle like bugs in our room. When we removed them, more appeared. It had been a long day and we just went to sleep. They were still appearing when we woke up. We notified the front desk upon check out. The nice woman explained that they were aware, had pest control in but was still an issue especially with weather.

The location was great and next to a lot of fast food restaurants

Unfortunately there’s an insect problem, they kept entering the room

The bed had seen a million nights, mattress completely worn our, creaking and making a noise with every move. Room floor infested with black beetles, high ambient noise from neighbouring A/C systems that were running all night, ours was turned off !

The Staff

Rooms were dirty and full of dead bugs all around the floor. Towels old and damaged as well as the forniture.

Very happy with this property. I was a car journey not a walk into the main attractions but would def stay again.

Friendly staff, great location

Rooms quite dusty, bathtub not clean, hotel had changed to Baymont, no notification ahead so drove around for a while before identifying the change.

Receptionist very welcoming. Comfy room. Good one night stay on route to Grand Canyon. Complimentary coffee in the morning.

Nothing to dislike

Rooms were ok for one night. We stayed because it was pet friendly. Price is a little high for what you get. Rooms are starting to get run down and it really needs new beds

I like to find a box of tissues in my room...and there was none!

The room was really nice and clean. I was so impressed, usually hotels at this price are not nearly this clean. We thought the beds were comfy but the pillows were kind of weird. The staff were kind and helpful.

Everything was great! Price, staff, room, bed, parking and will stay again! :)

Room was clean, check in quick and staff friendly. Allowed pets when traveling and did not charge extra. Comfortable bed and great water pressure for showers. Parking lot well lit! Good location for a grocery store or fast food. Will stay at again! :)

The hostess was extremely friendly. I got a "confirmation " phone call before we checked in and it made us feel important. The room was clean and smelled great. Parking was easy. Location was perfect.

Beds were comfortable, shower was hot. staff were friendly.

Towels were a dirty grey. No complimentary breakfast, coffee was cold.
