Shuttle was no longer available when we arrived. Asked for a quiet room and was given room 172 (corner of busy intersection) Room was warm and moldy - air conditioning was not on and it took a while for the room to cool down. We arrived at 10:30 pm after a very long flight.

The facilities were fantastic. The pool was great. Games were fun on the lawn. Fire pits were lovely to sit at in the evening. Pool table was fun.

Rooms are slightly dated but clean and had everything you needed.

It was overpriced

The room was at the side of a highway, very noisely. Did not clean the room, a bad experience in a very nice place.

They spam you with so much text messages, booking.com messages, AND emails. This alone will never make me consider staying here again in the future.

The green space was great although some cushions were missing.

The dining hall needed to be detail cleaned. The shower door had soap stains on the glass. There were no coffee cups at the coffee pot in the room.

I booked a room for 3 and there was only enough towels for two. Price was way too much for the downgrade of a hotel

The staff was super nice and helpful. The location was close to Whole Foods.

We liked the back area with lawn chairs. The fire pits relaxing area.

The room was dated,some broken dresser. It has a small access to beach. There’s a dock area near by the driver that picked us up said the hotel was located in industrial area away from tourist area. It does have a restaurant area that is a hit or miss seems it was closed often or other events going on so you cannot assume they have some food when you want something nearby.

Beautiful location, clean rooms

In room 201, the curtain rod bolts pulled out of the ceiling as I was opening the curtain. Examining it after it fell, it was clear that this had happened before and was "repaired" only with glue; there was no anchor bolt in the ceiling. Luckily, it didn't hit me on the head, but hit the lamp instead.

Close to the airport => also hotel provided bus shuttle. Super friendly and helpful stuff.
