Great breakfast, clean facilities, good proximity to restaurants (Cracker barrell, mexican etc)

Pillows were lackluster---could've used a few more.

The location was great, view of the blue rige mountains all around. Front desk staff were great, house keeping were wonderful, and very friendly. Breakfast every morning where I didn't have to cook, yummm

Some of the locals, love thier loud, noisey cars to irritate people..do they even think about how many people they are irritating. Other than that our stay was great. I'm used to sleeping with ear plugs, as we have very noisy trains all Nighy long at home.

Großes, sauberes Zimmer, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel, ausreichend Plätze vorhanden, ruhiges Zimmer.

I liked everything about the hotel, especially the cleanliness.!!!

We were impressed at how nice everything was, we were so tired and happy there were restaurants nearby. When we finished dinner we came back and laid down in the comfortable beds. Slept like logs! We even made it downstairs for the free breakfast. Very good and kept nice and clean.

This is a comfortable hotel located in the beautiful Smoky Mts. Friendly staff . Several good restaurants nearby

The bathroom commode was not cleaned. I’ve machine not very close.
