It’s a clean, comfortable property that is conveniently located. The staff is very courteous and professional. However, the price for the room was excessive. It was not a good value.

The cost of the room at more than $200 a night at this property was not a good value.

Jazzy (and all of the staff we interacted with at breakfast as well) were super nice! we appreciated their helpfulness and kindness. The biscuits and gravy were slappin!

The tubs are unspeakably shallow. It is clear there have been some updates decor-wise, but it’s kind of like lipstick on a pig. The appliances in the room were ancient, the mattresses were completely unacceptable, and everything was very…. worn. It was a bit sad.

Friendly staff, very comfortable and clean rooms, and the breakfast was great. Good coffee and the biscuits & gravy were delicious. I live in Southern California and go to Brian Head several times per season. I’ve stayed in just about every hotel in Cedar City, but this will be the only place I stay from now on.
