The location very good.

Heater didn't work first night and had to be moved to second room. In the second room, the light fixture was missing in ceiling outside of bathroom. Ceiling fan looked as though not cleaned in years with thick layers of dust. Toilet continued to run after flushing. Bathroom door separating and would not close. The peep hole in entry door was missing with a paper towel stuffed in it. The continental breakfast was out of gravy for biscuits 3 of 4 mornings. Hallway carpets in room were stained.

to terrible to eat

The room smelled really bad, I had to Lysol spray everything to try and kill the odor. Five light fixture had two bulbs, the lamp was missing the top causing the shade to swirl, the window ceiling were rotten, toilet was coming out of the floor sticking to your ass when you sat on it making it worse. We forfeited our second night losing our money because of the condition of the room being so bad. This was the worse.

Terrible

The friendly girl at reception was very welcoming. The availability at short notice was truly appreciated. The location was good, right next to a 24 hour gas station. The room was spacious.

The wet lift floor, the people walking wet in the reception from the pool, and not drying themselves. The grumpy Asian guy in the morning that was so reluctant to get more milk for the very sad breakfast on offer. No protein only sugary stuff and sad eggs. Having the radisson aa back up I was disappointed with the level of service.

In a decent location

The a/c was locked away I couldn’t change the temp…so I was hot all night I could not sleep & the housekeeping staff came an hour early even tho it was 9:45 am check out isn’t until 11am they came opened up the door at 9:48 am..while me & my fiancé were still in bed naked & they left the door open, I’m mad as heck about that! Wait until 11am how dare you disrespect us like that! I do not recommend this hotel because of that

The hotel is located not far from the interstate, and there were several eating places in the area.

My room had a moldy smell to it. I also found a few stains on my sheet and a blood stain on one of my pillows. I just went brought sheets, pillows, and a blanket. I just made due with what I had. The hotel was booked We travel with a group of people, and they also had issues with their room. Can't speak for them.....I'm just saying 🤷

We checked into a Kind Suite and it smelled like weed. They switched us to a different room but that did not matter. Carpet was wet by ac. The pull out couch bed was broken. There were dead roaches in the bathroom and in the stairwell. Carpet smelt moldy and was nasty. The entire hotel smelt moldy. Shower pressure was awful. There were no towels, toilet paper in the room.

Having to walk thru lobby to go to room and the pool was shut down before pool hours were over and my children couldn't swim.

Nice look. Rooms were laid out nice

Stains all over the couch and chair. Looked like a sex party had taken place. Breakfast was terrible.

Room a/c not cold Pillows crappy Breakfast-at 8:15-no coffee-food very low and not appealing Seems as tho anyone could pull up and enter pool area-not just for registered guess. Went for extra towels and toiletry(2 towels for 2 people for 2night stay?!?) had to return old/used towels first- treated like we were going to take them-ugh Ice machine broken.

Availability

Small rooms higher than average price for what you get. Not carpeted takes away from comfort. Has the feeling of a remodeled super 8.

The carpet needs replacing. There was water all over the floor in the lobby. The place definitely needs some upgrading improvements.

Very quiet and directly off the highway

In my room there was a leak of some kind around the shower when I woke that wasn’t there before I went to sleep.

Arrived and room was not ready. Assigned first room on first floor and found a window was broken and actually loose from the window frame. INSAFE! Second room assigned on first floor, window was also broken. Assigned to third room and found curtain on right inside window was missing and unable to prevent anyone from peering into room. Assigned fourth room on 2nd floor that was not ready for occupancy at 5:30 pm.

Facility did not meet safety and security standards. Checked in on Thursday rate and remained until checkout on Sunday. Friday and Saturday rates more than doubled for Thursday night stay rate. Rates obviously set to capture visitors going to casinos.

the spa tub in my room was great, BUT! one of the jets was broke.

Rooms not available for check in and no clean sheets/ floors with not enough towels for occupancy. Same breakfast every day. Hard to get beds made, floor clean, clean sheets and towels.

Not far from restaurants. It was nice stay.

Everyone was nice

They didn’t have enough breakfast for everyone and there was no spoons and stuff also they only had eggs and biscuits with gravy and waffles didn’t get any meat
